CPC Engineering's project portfolio is growing and we need an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator with Procurement experience to help drive our projects forward.

Join our Project Delivery Team in Perth, working on a major EPCM project from procurement through to close-out.

This is a senior, hands-on role at the heart of the action — covering contracts, procurement, claims, supplier performance and expediting, with direct exposure to Clients, project teams and site teams.

What You'll Do
Run the show on day-to-day contract administration — Construction, Goods & Services and Supplier Contracts.
Own the Contract Status Report (CSR) and Procurement Status Report (PSR), keeping commercial and delivery milestones on track.
Handle contractor and supplier correspondence with sharp, commercially sound responses.
Assess claims, variations, EOTs and delay costs with confidence.
Lead RFQs, tender evaluations, negotiations and contract awards.
Keep suppliers accountable — expediting deliveries and managing risk before it becomes a problem.

What You Will Bring
7+ years in Contracts,



Commercial and Procurement.
Deep EPCM experience in mining, marine, ports or heavy construction.
Strong command of Australian Standard contracts — AS4000 and AS4911 in particular.
A track record managing claims, procurement and supplier expediting.
Aconex proficiency and solid contract administration know-how.
Commercial instincts, negotiation muscle and stakeholder savvy.
A relevant tertiary qualification — Commerce, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Law or similar.
