Ar-Razzaaq Pty Ltd trading as Himalaya Authentic Pakistani & Indian Cuisine operates a busy fine dining Pakistani and Indian restaurant located in Randwick. We are urgently looking for a talented full time Chef who would like to be a part of a vibrant, friendly, and energetic team. You must be highly motivated and as passionate about food and exceptional service as we are.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Planning menus
Preparing and cooking dishes
Managing food quality, portion control and presentation
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
At least 3 years’ experience as a Chef
Knowledge in preparing and cooking Pakistani and Indian cuisine
Be able to work well in a busy setting
Be reliable, punctual and hard working.
Annual Salary:
$80,000 plus superannuation
