About the role

After appropriate training the successful candidates role will include but is not restricted to:
Optical Dispensing
Reception duties and appointment book management
Handling customer enquiries




Helping customers select spectacle and sunglass frames they will love and perform to their expectations
Communicate your knowledge and make recommendation on all products and services
Handle frame repairs and adjustments
Stock management and merchandising

Face to face sales/customer service experience
