Role Description This full time remote Sales and Marketing Representative role focuses on identifying potential clients, presenting Perform Digital’s solutions and Spiderbrain AI, and managing the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, conducting product demos, nurturing leads, and maintaining solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.

The role also involves developing and executing marketing initiatives, such as campaigns and outreach strategies,



to drive brand awareness and demand generation. The representative collaborates with internal teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support training or enablement activities for clients. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends is expected.

Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Customer Service and Training capabilities to support clients, explain solutions, and assist with onboarding.
Proven Sales experience, with a track record in consultative selling and relationship building.
Sales & Marketing skills, including basic campaign execution, lead generation, and brand promotion.
Familiarity with technology or SaaS products; experience in AI or enterprise solutions is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Comfort using CRM tools and common productivity platforms for tracking prospects and activities.
Relevant education or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
