Best Group Tasmania is looking for a qualified painter and an apprentice painter - second year or above to join our growing team.

We complete a variety of painting projects throughout North West Tasmania and are looking for reliable people who take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Positions available
Qualified Painter/Tradesperson
Second, third or fourth-year Apprentice Painter

About the roles

You will work across a range of residential projects as part of a supportive and experienced team.

Your duties may include
Interior and exterior painting
Preparing surfaces for painting
Applying paint using brushes, rollers and spray equipment
Completing cutting-in and detailed finishing work
Maintaining clean and organised work areas
Working effectively with other trades, builders and clients
Ensuring all work meets Best Group’s quality and safety standards

About you

We are looking for applicants who:
Take pride in their workmanship
Are reliable, punctual and hardworking




Communicate well and work effectively within a team
Can follow instructions and work safely
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute
Hold a current driver’s licence
Have relevant industry experience or are currently completing a painting apprenticeship

Qualified tradespeople must have appropriate trade qualifications. Apprentice applicants must be in their second year or above.
