The Portfolio
Approx. 170 well-managed properties
Supported by a shared Property Management Assistant
No viewings – handled by our dedicated Leasing Consultant
No current management prospecting – we have a BDM for that
No end-of-month trust accounting – managed by our Trust Manager




No Property Condition Reports – outsourced to professionals
No routine inspections – handled by our in-house Inspection Team

This role allows you to focus on what you do best: building solid relationships and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Need
Current WA Certificate of Registration (DMIRS) – essential
Australian driver’s licence
Previous experience in Real Estate / Property Management – minimum 6–12 months required
Strong computer literacy – experience with Property Tree, Process Street, and Inspect Real Estate is highly desirable
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Commitment to exceptional customer service
