We’re looking for a Handyperson to help keep our hotel looking its best and running smoothly. You’ll work across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces, taking pride in the details that shape every guest and colleague experience.

In this role, you will:
Complete general repairs and maintenance across the hotel
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and qualified way
Assist with painting, patching, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks
Inspect rooms, public areas and facilities to identify maintenance needs
Support preventative maintenance programs
Work with external contractors when required
Follow all workplace health, safety and environmental procedures
Keep maintenance areas, tools and equipment organised and secure
Support the Engineering team with projects and daily priorities

You’ll bring
Previous experience in a handyperson, maintenance, facilities or hotel role
Practical knowledge across a range of general maintenance tasks




A proactive approach and robust attention to detail
Valuable communication and time-management skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A professional, reliable and solutions-focused attitude
Relevant trade qualifications are highly regarded
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
You must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia
