At Saunaura, massage is more than a treatment. It’s part of the ritual of slowing down.

Following our recent launch, we’re looking for an experienced Massage Therapist to join our growing team and help shape the massage experience at Saunaura.

We’re looking for someone who brings together skilled hands, intuitive bodywork and genuine human care. Someone who understands that a outstanding massage isn’t just about technique - it’s about reading what someone needs and how you make them feel from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

You’ll work from our beautiful treatment space, delivering considered, high-quality massage treatments as part of the wider Saunaura rituals of sauna, soak, steam and scrub.

We’d love to hear from you if you:
Hold a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy,



Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent recognised massage qualification.
Have previous hands-on experience in massage, day spa, wellness, physio or a similar setting
Have a calm, warm and qualified approach
Take pride in creating an exceptional guest experience
Understand the importance of presentation, hygiene and attention to detail
Are comfortable working independently while being part of a small team
Have flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends
