About the role

You'll run our events calendar end to end and drive the digital marketing that keeps our sales team's pipeline full. You won't be making the content, we have an agency for that and a designer in-house, you'll be the one briefing them, holding them to the deadline, and making sure what comes back is actually positive.

Key responsibilities
Running our events calendar — tournaments, launches, member socials, partner activations and community events
Event delivery end to end: run sheets, budgets, suppliers, catering, AV, signage, guest lists, RSVPs, in office management and pack-down
Supporting the sales team on corporate events — collateral, proposals, showcase days and campaigns that generate leads
Briefing our content agency and in-house designer, then holding both to brief, quality and deadline
Running paid social on Meta and reporting on what it returns
Building and sending EDMs, campaign emails and partner integrations
Keeping the website current and the member database clean
Managing our WhatsApp communities and social inboxes

About you
Around 2+ years across marketing and events — in-house, agency or venue
Demostrable event coordination experience: you've run things,



not just attended them
Exceptional organisation. Multiple events, four venues, three states, nothing dropped
Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience
Confident briefing agencies, designers and suppliers — and comfortable saying "this isn't right, do it again"
Good with email platforms, CMS and CRM
Calm under event-day pressure
Full working rights in Australia
Available for evening and weekend event work, with time back
