Located in the suburb of Glen Alpine and part of the Campbelltown Catholic Club Group, Campbelltown Golf Club is a local community club featuring an 18 hole championship golf course, Pro Shop, pub style indoor and outdoor dining and beautiful event spaces. A great place to relax for a quick snack, dinner with the family or to kick back for the afternoon and enjoy the sun on our terrace.

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a friendly club environment.

About the Role

Working Wednesday to Friday (8.00am - 4.00pm), you will support the smooth daily operations of the Club. Key duties include:
General administration and data entry
Accounts support (invoicing, payments, reconciliations)
Stock control and ordering
Reception and membership enquiries
Membership sign-ups and renewals




Banking and basic financial processing
Working front of house as required

About You We’re looking for someone who is:
Detail-oriented with solid data entry and admin skills
Confident in customer service and reception tasks
experienced with MiClub software, which would be highly regarded.
Proficient with computer systems including Office365, Adept, Aristocrat Membership and
Reliable, professional and able to work independently
A positive team player with positive communication skills
