Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our team in Dee Why, New South Wales. This temporary, casual role is essential for supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring a clean and efficient workplace.

The Kitchen

Hand will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality and catering services.

Responsibilities:
Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking tasks as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure hygiene standards
Help with stock management, including receiving and storing deliveries
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times




Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

Qualifications:
No formal education required; however, a passion for food and hospitality is essential
Previous experience in a kitchen workplace is advantageous but not necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Solid communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred
