About The Role

Supporting the Outback Spirit business this is a rare opportunity to take the reins of one of our Camps & Lodges. You will own the end-to-end success of Camps & Lodges - from the quality of every guest journey to the performance of your people, the health of the P&L;, and the development of our Camps & Lodges.

You will be responsible for:
Setting the tone for a high performance culture
Driving the safety culture
Directing and overseeing the financial performance to achieve budget
Continually raising the bar on guest experience
The proactive management of the Net Promotor Scores (NPS)

About You The position requires a leader that is not only commercial and financially savvy but can demonstrate from experience that you:
