Experienced Barista — Part time

Mary Street Bakery — Allendale Square, Perth CBD

We’re looking for an experienced barista available to start immediately to join the team at Mary Street Bakery Allendale Square on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone confident working in a busy café setting, producing consistently high-quality coffee and working efficiently during quick-paced morning and lunch service.

Hours

Approximately 20 hours per week, primarily across:
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday

There may also be opportunities for additional shifts from time to time, depending on business needs and your availability.

About the role

You’ll be working as part of a small, fast-paced team in our Perth CBD venue. The role will primarily involve coffee service, while also helping with general café duties when required.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid previous barista experience in a busy café




Is confident with espresso preparation, milk texturing and maintaining consistency during high-volume service
Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Is reliable, organised and punctual
Works well as part of a team
Is comfortable with early starts
Is available Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Is available to start immediately
