About the role
We have 2 x Permanent Part time positions for experienced Registered Nurses looking for night shift to join our team. Rostered shifts will be across our homes in North Parramatta and Gladesville. If you are confident, compassionate and ready to make an impact when it matters most, we would love to hear from you.

Position 1: 2 shifts - Gladesville + 5 shifts - North Parramatta
Position 2: 4 shifts - Gladesville + 4 shifts - North Parramatta

Key responsibilities
Deliver protected, effective, and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards.
Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing.
Act as a clinical decision-maker,
responding to changes in residents' conditions.
Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.
Promote a solid culture of safety, respect, and collaboration.
About you
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Minimum 2 years experience
Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making capabilities.
A passion for delivering person-centered care to older people.
