About the Roles

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on people who take pride in quality workmanship. Caravan manufacturing experience is what we’d most like to see — but if you’ve come from automotive, metal fabrication, joinery or general manufacturing and you’re keen to learn the trade, we’ll train you.

You’ll be part of a friendly, safety-focused workplace where hard work and teamwork are valued.

Caravan Production Staff (Assembly & Fit-Out)
Finishing / Fit-Out Technicians
CNC Operators
Welders / Aluminium Fabricators
Benchtop & Cabinet Makers
Electrical Assistants

What You’ll Need




Experience in caravan manufacturing (highly regarded — but we are happy to train the right person)
Ability to confidently use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Reliable, honest, and positive attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Welding or fabrication experience (for trade roles)
