Job Description

The Positive Guys in Geelong, VIC, is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and foster a sales-focused culture. You will handle cash, assist with multichannel fulfilment, inquiries, and promotional activities to help deliver excellent customer experiences.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work with a team to resolve customer queries, maintain stock integrity, and continually develop product knowledge through available training and development opportunities.
