About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you will play an integral role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key responsibilities include
Setting up and operating machinery in line with production specifications
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Completing paper roll changes and machine cleaning activities
Performing basic preventative maintenance and lubrication tasks
Troubleshooting first-line machine issues to minimise downtime
Accurately completing production, quality and waste reporting
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining a clean, protected and organised work setting in line with 5S practices
