You will leverage your industry analysis capabilities and professional network to provide independent, actionable, and commercial insights regarding global market dynamics, supply chain resilience, policy environments, and project risk evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
Market & Supply Chain Intelligence: Deliver strategic analysis and market assessments on critical minerals (specifically Rare Earths, Gallium, and Germanium).
Project & Policy Risk Assessment : Evaluate market trends, geopolitical impacts, policy environments, and operational risks for ongoing and emerging projects.
Professional Reporting: Draft clear, independent, and executive-level research reports and briefings.
Network Integration: Utilize industry connections across mining operators, research bodies,



and investment sectors to ground insights in real-world practice.

Candidate Requirements
Industry Expertise : Strong professional background or specialized research experience in rare earths, critical minerals, mining, energy, materials, supply chains, or resources investment.
Domain Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with the value chain and market fundamentals of one or more target minerals (Rare Earths, Gallium, or Germanium).
