About the Role

Working from our Albion store, you will play an important role in developing and maintaining relationships with our builders, plumbers,



trades and other key customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, plumbers and trade customers
Managing and growing an existing customer base
Identifying new sales opportunities and developing new business
Providing product advice and solutions to customers
Preparing quotes and following up on sales opportunities
Working closely with the Albion store team to ensure customers receive excellent service
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer requirements
Keeping up to date with products, industry trends and supplier offerings
Assisting customers with their plumbing, bathroom and building product requirements
Representing K&R; Plumbing Supplies professionally within the building and plumbing industry
