Located on the stunning waterfront of Lake Illawarra, just a short drive from Dapto, Unanderra, Figtree, Berkeley, or 15 minutes from Wollongong City Centre, Illawarra Yacht Club is seeking committed, passionate, and inspirational individuals to join our dynamic team. We are currently hiring casual staff across multiple departments, with exciting opportunities for growth both within our clubs and the wider hospitality industry.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in any of these roles, you will ideally have:
6–12 months hospitality experience in clubs, pubs, cafés, or restaurants
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
The ability to thrive under pressure in a rapid-paced setting




Solid teamwork skills and a positive attitude
An understanding of work health and safety requirements
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
RSA and RCG competency cards (ARCG desirable)
