The role supports employment governance and compliance within the People team and Payroll, focusing on up-to-date awards, employment conditions and legislative obligations.

The ideal candidate has experience in payroll compliance or industrial relations, with solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act and up-to-date awards, and advanced Excel skills.
