About the Role

Prospect for an experienced and driven Multi-Site Hospitality Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of two hospitality venues based in Rozelle and Alexandria. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, team development, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences across the sites.

The successful candidate will be a solid leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance financial planning with day-to-day operations, is passionate about hospitality, and building high-performing teams and venues.

You are a self-motivated and proven hospitality leader with experience managing complex operations and multiple teams.

Essential Skills & Experience
Hospitality management experience
Experience managing Venues
Financial acumen,



budgeting, labour management, and P&L;
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Exceptional organisational skills and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, liquor licensing, and hospitality compliance requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with owners, managers, suppliers, and staff

Desirable
Restaurant, pub, bar management experience
Experience managing diverse teams
Event management
