HVAC Service Manager | Commercial HVAC

Sydney | Up to $150k Vehicle Super Performance Bonus An established commercial HVAC contractor is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to take ownership of its Sydney Service & Maintenance Division.

The core objective is straightforward: manage, develop and grow the division. You’ll lead the existing service operation while actively growing the commercial maintenance portfolio, strengthening client relationships and securing recent recurring maintenance contracts.

The Role
Manage and grow the commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Division
Lead and support HVAC Service Technicians and service personnel
Drive new preventative maintenance contracts across Sydney
Develop relationships with Facilities Managers, Property Managers and commercial clients
Grow existing accounts and identify additional works opportunities
Prepare maintenance proposals, tenders, scopes and quotations
Manage service delivery, technician productivity and operational performance
Oversee revenue, margins, budgets and contract profitability
Provide senior technical support on complex HVAC issues
Work closely with senior management to deliver growth targets

About You




Strong commercial HVAC service and maintenance background
Previous Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Account Manager or similar experience
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC plant and controls
Experience managing and developing HVAC technicians
Commercially minded with the ability to develop client relationships and win work
Existing relationships within Sydney’s commercial property or FM market highly regarded
