About the Role:

This is an excellent prospect for an aspiring HR professional to learn the ropes and gain valuable knowledge in HR. We are looking for a recent Graduate (in the last 2 years) of HR/Business Management, Law, or a relevant Masters degree.

This role is Hybrid. Consisting of an office based day, client based days and working from home. You will learn and in time deliver the following:
Assist in delivering HR Generalist services to each assigned client
Work with the HR Advisers and Senior staff to provide strategic HR projects




Manage and drive organisational performance management
Deliver an end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain positive relations with Melbourne HR's clients and their Employees
Help deliver positive ER (Employee Relations) and expert IR (Industrial Relations) to the client.

About you:

You will be looking to put your theoretical knowledge and degree to good use. Keen for experience, you will be hard working, motivated, reliable and able to travel on site to client locations frequently. You will also:
Be able to work autonomously and in teams
A keen eye for detail
Having recently graduated, or will soon graduate from a undergraduate or postgraduate degree in one of the following:
Human Resources
Law
Business Management
Have a passion to succeed & forge a successful career
Be able to have a client-focused mentality, and demonstrate a qualified stakeholder management approach
The ability to multitask & work on multiple projects
Possess a Valid Drivers License & access to a car
