HR Coordinator / HR Generalist | Immediate Start until end of January | Sydney CBD/ Hybrid Working | $45-48ph + Super An prospect has become available for an experienced HR Coordinator / HR Generalist to join a small and team-oriented HR team on a contract basis until approximately end of January 2027. This role will suit a hands-on HR professional who enjoys balancing recruitment, HR administration, systems improvement and process documentation.

Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping to improve processes, maintain documentation and maximise the use of HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
Help with the implementation of Employment Hero functions
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, onboarding and employment documentation
Prepare employment contracts, variations and other HR correspondence
Support performance review processes and ensure completion across the business
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
Assist with HR compliance and governance activities
Document HR processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Review and improve HR systems,



workflows and reporting processes
Coordinate employee training activities and administration
Provide general HR administrative support to managers and employees

About You
Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or HR Generalist role
Experience using Employment Hero, Dayforce or ELMO
Exposure to workforce data, reporting or HR systems administration
Solid recruitment and onboarding experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with HR systems and process improvement initiatives
Experience documenting procedures, workflows and SOPs is highly regarded
Understanding of HR compliance and employment documentation
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
