Job Description

WestVic Academy of Sport, based in Ballarat, Victoria, seeks a Talent Pathways Program lead on a part time basis (0.6 FTE). You will coordinate performance support, wellbeing and education programs, and collaborate with schools, clubs and government to grow regional athlete pathways.

You will lead athlete services, program delivery, and wellbeing initiatives while engaging stakeholders and enhancing community partnerships.
