Job Description

Mercer is recruiting a Senior Incident Manager to join our Operations team across Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work in the office at least three days per week.

You will lead end-to-end incident management, perform root cause analyses, coordinate remediation and reporting, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, GSD, Trustee Office, Product and Technology to strengthen controls and governance.
