The Belmont Hotel Bendigo is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Bar/ Bistro manager to join our amazing team.
Full time work with a rotating roster of days/ nights and weekends.
Minimum 5 years Hospitality management experience essential.
Valuable communication skills required
Job role will involve leading a fantastic team on a daily bases, giving staff direction, serving alcohol, stock control, open shifts and closing shifts.
We are looking for individuals who are:
· Well presented, positive, fun and friendly
· Experienced and level headed under pressure
· Organised, team leader and delegate
· Keen eye for presentation and service of food
· Cleanliness of the venue
· Be available on weekends and late hours
Ideally the successful candidate will possess robust supervisory skills, be motivated, self-driven and willing to learn.
