We're hiring a LAM Manager to grow and run local area marketing for some of Australia's biggest franchise and multi-site retail brands.

This is a growth role first, delivery role second. You'll own paid social and search performance across a network of hundreds of stores — but the real mandate is expanding participation and spend across that network, not just keeping campaigns ticking over.

What you'll do:
Drive growth — proactively reach out to individual store and franchise owners to lift LAM program uptake, and identify and convert current store-level opportunities across the network
Build and manage Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns for franchise and multi-location clients
Translate national campaigns into local market activity, working directly with head office marketing teams
Build scalable, low-friction briefing tools so store owners can approve rapid — no more ad hoc briefs




Operate as a genuine hybrid growth + delivery role — hands-on in the platforms, and out front building relationships with store owners

What you'll bring:
A proactive, sales-minded approach — you're motivated by growing a program, not just running it
Hands-on paid media experience across Meta, Google and TikTok
Comfort managing a high volume of stakeholders, from head office to individual franchisees
Solid organisational instincts — you build process and tools rather than reinventing the wheel each time
