The Role The Membership Consultants role is to provide excellent customer service, responsible for maximizing current membership sales.



Carrying out all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry stage and continuing contact throughout their membership period to ensure they are utilising their membership fully and retaining members through our premium service offering.

About you

Are you comfortable dealing with customers by phone and in person?
