Holiday property cleans are generally completed between 10am and 3pm, between guest check-out and check-in. Most properties are located around Huskisson, Vincentia, Sanctuary Point and surrounding Jervis Bay areas.
Key responsibilities
Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Making beds and preparing properties for arriving guests
Restocking guest supplies
Following individual property instructions and checklists
Completing a final check to ensure properties are clean, well presented and guest-ready
About you
Attention to detail is a big part of this role. Holiday properties need to be more than simply clean — they need to be completely guest-ready and well presented for arriving guests.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a solid eye for detail and takes pride in the finished result
Is reliable and communicates well
Can work efficiently within holiday-property turnaround times
Is comfortable with physical cleaning work
Can follow instructions while also using initiative
Can work independently once trained
Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Previous cleaning, housekeeping or Airbnb experience is highly regarded,
but not essential. We're happy to train the right person who has a robust work ethic, is willing to learn and genuinely cares about doing a job properly.
Hours & availability
Approximately 5–15 hours per week to start, with hours varying depending on bookings and seasonal demand. There is potential for additional hours for the right person.
Some weekend availability is important, particularly Saturdays, but this does not mean working every weekend. Weekend and peak-period work is shared across our casual team.
