Join Advara HeartCare as a full-time Medical Receptionist based at our Armadale clinic.

You’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while providing essential administrative support to our doctors and clinical team.

What you’ll be doing
Welcoming and supporting patients
Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing
Processing referrals and patient information
Providing accurate and efficient administration
Supporting doctors and the wider clinic team
Ensuring our patients receive a friendly, professional experience from the moment they arrive

What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for patient care
Is friendly, skilled and confident
Has excellent communication and attention to detail




Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Works well independently and as part of a team
Has previous medical reception or healthcare experience (highly regarded)
