What the role looks like:

Owning and growing a group of high-value client accounts – nurturing the relationships and driving the revenue behind them.
n
Developing current business – turning enquiries, referrals and your own network into long-term partnerships.
n
Leading the pitch and the proposal,



scoping solutions that are technically sharp and commercially smart.
n
Being the trusted advisor from first conversation to post-event debrief – and the reason clients come back.
n
Working shoulder to shoulder with our production teams so everything you promise is delivered flawlessly.

You'll bring:

Enough hands-on production knowledge to earn a client's trust and hold your own on the technical detail.
n
A genuine interest in growing current business, paired with the care to look after the clients you've already got.
n
The presence and polish to manage senior stakeholders and a large, high-value portfolio.
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a current driver's licence with your own vehicle.
