City FM Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support Coles and our clients from our Victoria site. This full time permanent role offers weekday hours (Mon-Fri, 7am–7pm on a rotating roster) and on-site parking.

You will handle high volumes of calls, resolve issues, capture data accurately and meet KPIs. In office paid training of two weeks and a supportive team are provided, with prospects for progression within our growing Australian facilities management
