What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Duty Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. You will ideally bring:
Proven experience in high-volume pub or restaurant management, including bistro, bar, gaming,



and compliance
A genuine passion for hospitality and people
Strong leadership abilities with confidence and excellent communication skills
Flexibility — as we all know, hospitality doesn’t run 9 to 5
A willingness to learn, grow, and improve every day
Full Australian work rights
Current NSW RSA and RCG, or willingness to obtain
