About The Role As a Fishing Sales Sales Assistant, you will be the support for all things fishing.
Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more!
Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options




Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a excellent shopping experience

Who Are We Looking For
Passion for fishing – whether it's freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing, we encourage it all!
Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team
