FP&A; Manager | Newly created role | Inner East of Melbourne

We're partnering with a highly regarded, purpose-driven organisation to recruit an experienced FP&A; Manager. Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, delivering commercial insights, and partnering with senior leaders to support informed decision-making across a complex and dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis
Deliver executive and board reporting with meaningful insights
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance
Identify opportunities for commercial improvement and operational efficiency
Enhance reporting, dashboards and financial processes
Support strategic projects,



investment decisions and growth initiatives

About You
CA or CPA qualified
Significant experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering roles
Robust financial modelling and analytical skills
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI experience highly regarded
Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused
