We specialise in end to end property asset management, delivering integrated services across collections support, construction advisory, construction delivery and the management of real estate sales processes.

As Aster

Alliance's property portfolio continues to grow rapidly, an opportunity has arisen for a Construction Project Manager to join our expanding team in New South Wales. The role is suited to an experienced project management professional with a strong background in residential construction. The appointment will be as an independent contractor of Aster Alliance, with your services requested on a project by project basis.

Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of non-banking clients and coordinate all property-related activities
Investigation and assessment of current conditions upon part complete construction developments
Client-side supervision and support in management of projects in delivery
Lead responsibility and involvement in day-to-day project related contractor and authority correspondence
Regular site attendance as lenders representative




Regular construction programme monitor and review
Regular budget management and review
Regular project risk identification, mitigation and management
Periodic representation and participation in project related Design, Construction Progress & PCG meetings
Periodic review of contractor progress claims, in addition to assessment undertaken by the appointed 3rd party project QS
