About the role

TATHRA HOTEL is seeking experienced and qualified Chefs to join our passionate kitchen team. This is a full time role based in our hotel located in South Coast, Tathra NSW 2550. As a Qualified Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing
Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met
Contributing to the development and refinement of our menu
Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team

What we're looking for
Formal culinary qualifications and 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, and experience working in quick paced environment
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests
