About the role The Macksville Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. This is a full time role based in Macksville, on the mid-north coast of NSW.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes from our menu
Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
Working with our chefs to develop new menu items and daily specials
Overseeing kitchen operations and staff to maintain efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Chef
Solid culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative dishes
Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen management practices
Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
