About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cook to join our team at Sahara Street Food in The Ponds, NSW. As a full-time Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of delicious and authentic street food dishes for our customers.

What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook a variety of street food dishes to our high standards
Ensure all food is prepared and cooked according to health and safety regulations
Assist with maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Contribute to the development of new menu items and recipes

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a fast-paced street food or restaurant environment
Knowledge of a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines, with a focus on authentic street food
Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards
Passion for creating delicious,



flavourful dishes and a desire to learn and grow
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
