We are looking for a reliable and energetic Cook to join our busy team in Sydney. You will prepare high-quality meals, keep the kitchen clean, and follow food safety rules.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Chop, slice, season, and cook ingredients according to recipes.
Kitchen Standards: Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and follow NSW food safety guidelines.
Order Execution: Prepare and plate dishes quickly and accurately during peak service hours.
Stock Management: Check inventory, inspect deliveries, and store food properly.
Teamwork: Assist other kitchen hands and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience working in a Sydney cafe, restaurant, or pub.
Certifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred) and a valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
Skills: Good knife skills, robust time management, and the ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced setting.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or split shifts as needed

Pay: $80,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
