Are you a passionate cook looking to work by the beautiful seaside? We’re hiring a Cook/Chef to join our friendly team at our bustling kiosk/bar in Mornington.

Morning and Day works 3 - 4 days a week.

Sandwich prep & fryer work on weekends.

About the Role:

Hours: Part-time role, 25–30 hours per week. Full-time opportunities available for the right candidate.

Duties:
Preparing and serving sandwiches, salads, and breakfast dishes.
Assisting with menu development and implementation
Handling the fry section efficiently.
Ensuring food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are met.

Stock inventory and ordering as required
Cooking and preparing meals in accordance with dietary requirements
Training and supervising trainees or junior staff as required

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a similar role or solid kitchen skills.




Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a positive attitude.
A team player with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends
Fully conversant with Health and Safety regulations
