What You’ll Do

As a Checkout Operator, you are the face of our store. Your main responsibilities will include:
Processing transactions: Accurately scanning items, weighing fresh produce, and handling cash and EFTPOS payments.
Customer Service and Greeting customers: Providing a warm, friendly, and helpful experience at the registers.
Product knowledge: Learning our fresh produce varieties and codes to ensure quick and accurate checkout.
Presentation: Keeping the register area, baskets, and front-of-store clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
Assisting the team:



Helping to top up displays or pack bags during peak hours when needed.

What We Are Looking For
A friendly, positive attitude with a smile for our customers.
Robust communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Valuable basic math skills for cash handling and weighing produce.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Availability: Must be available to work weekends and public holidays if required
No prior experience required—full training on our point-of-sale (POS) systems
