About the role

Waterdale Dental is seeking a dedicated and personable Dental Receptionist/Dental Nurse to join our friendly team in Ivanhoe, VIC. This part-time position is an excellent chance to contribute to the smooth running of our modern dental practice and provide exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients, and managing the reception area in a qualified and friendly manner
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring productive patient flow
Assisting the dental team with clinical procedures as a Dental Nurse
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information in our practice management system
Processing payments and managing patient accounts
Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and equipment
Upholding high standards of infection control and workplace health and safety

What we're looking for
Previous experience is not necessary as training is provided but would be helpful




Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, friendly demeanour
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
