The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a specialist succession law team, working across a broad range of matters including:
Estate and succession planning
Probate and deceased estates
Family Provision Act matters
Equity and capacity matters
Succession-related litigation
Wills and related estate planning documents





You will have the opportunity to manage matters with autonomy while also mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.

About You
3+ years' PAE
Experience across Wills & Estates, Family Law, Succession Law and/or Supreme Court litigation
Robust drafting, technical and client management skills
Confident managing matters with autonomy
Ability and willingness to mentor junior team members
