Job Description

Rio Tinto is seeking a Superintendent Business Planning & Improvement to drive operational excellence through integrated planning, governance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Safety & Performance Manager, you will lead the BP&I; team and partner with operational leaders to deliver measurable outcomes across a complex site.

You will foster a safety-first culture, coordinate annual planning, and apply Lean/SPS methods to identify prospects and reduce bottlenecks.
