About the role The overall focus of this position is general property maintenance, presentation and livestock oversight. The hard work and major infrastructure development have already been completed over many years. This is not a role focused on rebuilding or developing the properties from the ground up; rather, it is about maintaining, protecting and presenting them to a high standard. Three Month Trial Period.

The properties serve several significant purposes. They are used to host and entertain national and international guests from our industry, provide recreational opportunities for the staff and management of Cleaver Holdings (Qld) Pty Ltd, and support an organically certified, registered Speckle Park stud breeding program.

Key responsibilities
Ensure the properties, livestock,



equipment and infrastructure are maintained and presented to the standard expected by management and guests
Maintaining Organic Certification
Keep Buildings, Living Accommodation, Homestead Area, Paddocks Clean and Tidy
Machinery Maintenance and Secure Operation
Be able to follow direction from Management

Practical, reliable and self-motivated

Clean and Tidy Person
