Sahara Services Australia invites an experienced House Support Lead to guide a Supported Independent Living home in Sydney. You will lead staff, ensure person-centred support, manage documentation, and safeguard participant health and wellbeing.

You will know each participant's goals, preferences and risks, coach Disability Support Workers, coordinate with families and supports, and uphold NDIS Practice Standards daily in a home setting.
