About the role The Administration Officer is responsible for providing efficient, organised and reliable administrative support to the business. The role will assist with the day-to-day administration of the office, including correspondence, record keeping, invoicing, quotations and general business support. The role may also involve providing assistance with CAD drawings and other project-related documentation, depending on the skills and experience of the employee and the requirements of the business.

Key responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
Answer and manage telephone calls, emails and general correspondence
Prepare, format and maintain documents, reports and business records
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
Enter, update and maintain company and client information
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings and other business activities
Provide administrative assistance with the use of Xero, including preparing and issuing invoices and quotations




Assist with following up outstanding invoices or payments, as directed by management
Provide assistance with preparing and maintaining project-related documentation
Assist with CAD drawings, amendments or updates where required and where skills and experience permit

About you
Previous experience in administration, office support or a similar role
Experience using Xero, including assistance with invoices and quotations
Positive computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively across the three working days
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet required deadlines
A skilled and courteous manner when dealing with clients, suppliers and staff
